Welcome to our terms and conditions for use of this website. The following terms form a contract between Snowy Cabinets and “Client name” and/or “Company name” listed in the quotation or invoice and will be referred to as the Agreement henceforth in these terms, and the party purchasing a project from Snowy Cabinets as the Client. On the payment of the deposit or invoice, the Client and Snowy Cabinets agree to all terms as stated. A Project is defined as any work requested by the Client or any on-going commitment to deliver any on-going service. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales and of Australia. It is the responsibility of the Client to read and understand these terms and conditions. These terms are mentioned in our quotations and invoices.

In the event you are having difficulty paying us within the agreed time, or have a concern with any items within an invoice, please contact us immediately. We’re happy to resolve any issues you may have. We reserve the right to stop work if you fail to make any payment when and as it falls due. Please read the terms of your estimate and invoices. Large projects may have payment milestones. Payment of invoices must be completed within 7 days. Once these terms have been passed, we reserve the right to charge a $75 administrative fee plus a compound interest of 2% per calendar month until it is paid in full. Once an acceptance of quote has been made, either by the acceptance button on the quote form or via email or in person, Snowy Cabinets will enter your job into our system. No works or materials will be purchased or entered into until a 50% deposit has been paid. A progress payment to the value of 95% of the total invoice will then need to be paid before any cabinets or joinery is delivered to site. The cabinets or joinery will remain the property of Snowy Cabinets untill such time the owing monies are paid. Snowy Cabinets will not be resposible if a late payment causes the install date to be missed. Snowy Cabinets will then re schedual the install time at a later date in the next available time frame. On final payment of the project total cost, a one week defects period begins the following day. Within this one week period, the client will inspect the works and any defects that appear within the Scope of Works may be passed to Snowy Cabinets for evaluation and resolution. After this one week period only manufacturer warranties will be honoured. Changes due to client changing their mind or defects that appear after this period may be refused by Snowy Cabinets. In the case of painted surfaces, once supplied to site and inspected by Snowy cabinets no damages will be rectified by Snowy Cabinets unless the damage was caused by the installation or delivery. Snowy Cabinets has the right to refuse or to charge the client a fee to rectify damages. No charge will be passed on to the Client for this work unless deemed to fall outside of the Scope of Works, where upon a quotation for the work will be provided to the Client.

Snowy Cabinets reserves the right to immediately terminate the Agreement with the Client should they be in breach of any of the Agreement terms listed. Once all invoices are paid, all materials created for the Client as part of the project will be released to the Client in full. These materials will be in whatever state they were at the time of the termination of the agreement and may not be complete. In the event of termination, the Client shall also pay any project expenses incurred by Snowy Cabinets and Snowy Cabinets shall own all rights to the project. The Client shall assume responsibility for payment of legal fees necessitated by any default in payment. Deposits will not be refunded in the event of Agreement termination.

Once any payment has been made, or a quote accepted, it is deemed that the Client has read and agrees to all these terms and to bound in full by them. The Client agrees that they appoint Snowy Cabinets as the facilitator of the works and agrees to the terms and conditions.
